What Assets Studio Does

Assets Studio helps game teams structure creative briefs, visual identities, prompts, references, generated variants, curation decisions, official outputs, workspace invitations, and project libraries in one production workflow.

The service currently targets OpenAI GPT image generation for asset variants and OpenAI language models for visual identity drafting. The platform is designed to support additional generation providers, including Google Gemini and other model vendors, as capabilities are added.

03

AI Generation Notice

When a user requests generation or draft assistance, Assets Studio may send the relevant prompt, negative prompt, visual identity instructions, reference images, generation settings, and provider metadata to the configured AI provider.

Generated outputs can be unpredictable or non-unique. Users should review assets, references, prompts, metadata, and exports before relying on them in a game build, store page, marketing campaign, public release, or client delivery.

04

Payments And Credits

Assets Studio uses a credit model to meter generation and assistant actions. Current development and preview environments may use mock credit-purchase flows while production billing is finalized.

When paid purchases are enabled, payment collection may be handled by Stripe or another payment processor. Assets Studio should not need to store full card numbers; the app keeps operational credit balances, transaction records, purchase status, and billing metadata needed to provide the service.

05

Workspace Content

Workspace assets, prompts, references, generated outputs, reviews, comments, official selections, projects, and library records remain inside the workspace unless an applicable agreement or workspace export process says otherwise.

Users are responsible for ensuring they have the rights to upload references, describe characters or objects, generate derivatives, and use resulting assets in their intended project.
